Community Advisory Group
The 34 Community Advisory Group

The 34 Community Advisory Group (34 CAG), comprised of representatives from various communities and organizations in the study area, has been established to provide input on community needs, help resolve points of disagreement and assist in building community-wide consensus. Assistance from the 34 CAG will be supported by the continual flow of current, up-to-date project related information for them to share with other stakeholders. There will be up to eight meetings with this group.

The following is a list of the interest groups that have been invited to provide one representative to serve on the 34 CAG:

  • Major Employers & Property Owners
  • Civic and Business Organizations
  • Neighborhood and Homeowners Associations
  • Special Interest Groups

Both the 34 CAG Meetings and the Public Meetings will be held in facilities conveniently located within the study area. Each meeting will provide an opportunity to interact with the study team, as well as opportunities for spoken or written comments from interested citizens. Public comments will be evaluated and will assist to guide the advancement of the study and the selection of alternatives.

All meetings are being held at the Kaufman Fire Station, 301 S. Madison, Kaufman, TX
